I did look into the report. It is meaningless and irrelevant, IMO. It is like a police blotter entry about some "criminal" caught jaywalking across a deserted street during a blizzard. Hey, go ahead, "Give him the electric chair!"

Walgreens will not cease selling tobacco or cigarettes. Neither will Walmart. Neither will grocery stores. What's next... sugar, soda, table salt, bacon, cream, fatty meat like hamburger, candy, ice-cream, ad nauseum being banned for unhealthy overtones?
