the 33333333 has already been discussed the remainder,is for a rainy day you never leave yourself short just in case!they discussed the 19.99% nazdaq rule before also,and said it would be tight to keep each new stakeholder under 19.99%,so get the exception for the 19.99%, and just take care of the preffered 300 million dollar stake,this would breach the nazdaq rule for change of control,then put in anti takeover measures. I see nothing here I did not know was going to happen,perfect!!
