Problem with that. Any good lawyer worth his salt doesn't misinform people by calling something criminal when there is no indictment coming from the DOJ. For instance, an SEC arbitrator using SEC information that is considered agency only material in order to panic investors or manipulate a stock price is very much a criminal act. Misfiling Financial documents? Not so much.
