They did the same thing to me as well, jmb. What pisses me off even more is this slap in the face:

Dear Shareholders of GESI:

First and foremost, I would like to thank you for your patience and presence. Without your continued support and dedication, we would not be building this company and moving forward with our Canadian waste gasification facility. This project has taken time, care, and money to create; but the end result is within our grasp.

Oh... and this:

Once again, I, Gordon MacKay would like to share our expressed thanks to all the shareholders who have helped to create this wonderful opportunity and we look forward to working with all of you in the future to build a successful Company.

What shareholder in their right mind would ever want to work with this crappy CEO after the way he's lied, ignored, and ripped them off while living in a luxury condo that they're paying for??

I was told during the beginning of the PPM offer that the money, $200,000 worth, would go into escrow for InRefCo to complete the funding.

Did your paperwork also mention interest owed to shareholders after 12 months & additional late fees/fines if the company did not meet that contractual obligation? I put in an email to Craig & Gordon requesting the company's accounting books, which was also one of the terms in the contract they agreed to and signed. I'm still yet to receive a copy of that.

I also want to know why GESI has a condo in Vancouver that was used as an office/headquarters in which the shareholders are paying for when the company isn't even producing any revenue.

Gordon isn't that bright of a guy to say the least. If the idiot can't run an OTC company, how the hell does he expect to run a power plant? Gordon can't even enter the United States legally, which is why I assume they changed the company address to one of his business partners in the US. The lack of responsibility in this guy amazes me. He's not CEO quality. I wouldn't even put him in charge of a hot dog stand.

With all these shady characters he surrounds himself with, he's got to be a moron to press his luck with his shareholders, especially since he's refusing to uphold the legally binding contract that he signed.

Integral, if you're reading this, I've got some info for you.
