This is really exciting!!!

Don't forget it's estimated to cost JNJ upwards of $30 million to defend, so who knows, may settle out of court for $40 or $50 million!!!

Considering the offer to JNJ from Carlyle Group for $4.15 billion which must be excepted by March 31st, I'm thinking they will settle quickly!!! Looking like within the next 1.5 months!!!

Who knows how this will play out... I've heard rumors Carlyle Group may also make an offer for DECN

You got to be crazy to sell your shares at any price right now, I wouldn't even list my shares on the board @ $5 right now
