Just begging for some real analysis

Today's news about the limited change in the application of banking laws is just begging for an analytical article on how it will have very limited effect on industrial hemp companies like MJNA.

Seriously, how does a company like MJNA that sell a nearly 100% legal product that you can already buy with a credit card, benefit from this news?
