If there was such a "link" to a page where you could just simply "check" the DTC Service Restrictions for a security that link would be prominently displayed for all to see. Unfortunately such a place to "check" DOES NOT EXIST. My list provided above is a collection of PUBLIC NOTICES issued by the DTCC concerning old CNS Exits and Trade for Trade designations and also Global Locks issued by the DTCC. Those types of CNS Exit chills are no longer issued since March 2012 but are still in place on many securities presently. Global Locks however are publicly displayed for suspension of services and resumption of those services on the DTCC Website via their search engine.

TDA offers the best avenue to confirm the existence of DWAC Chills issued by the DTC, these type of chills are not publicly disclosed by the DTCC.
