The last 10-K, as well as the last 3 10-Q's all have shown DIGX is a profitable (positive net revenue with good net margin) company. Next 10-K (which will also include the 4-th Q results) will: (i) show the total 2013 net revenue, and (ii) it will give us a hint what the expected acquisitions will bring to the bottom line.

Just a matter of time ...
