I submitted an e-mail to the company asking
for a confirmation on the date that the r/s will take place.
I didn't get an exact date, but Mr. Svoria was kind enought to send the following message:

Our attorney advised us that the company should not give any information that is not out publicly. In this case you can see in our filing that name/symbol and split have been submitted to FINRA and it's under review. Sorry I cannot be more to the point. Just so you know we value our share holders and their concerns..just wait for press releases.

From what I can determine reading the notice, my feeling is that the reverse split will take place on or about March 3rd or 4th. jmo
