I think what you are referring to is Eric Holder releasing "guidelines" to the banking industry for purposes of MJ sector. This will not in any way change what banks are currently doing. In order for banks to get involved it needs to be reclassified. Until that happens I hope PHOT continues to build their empire as I will continue to build my stack.
