The Amendment to the Company’s Articles of Incorporation will be filed with the Secretary of State of Florida no later than ten days after the mailing of this Information Statement. The Reverse Split would become effective as of the date of such filing (the “Effective Date”)

That would put the R/S on or no later than 2/21/14. This date is a Friday, so by Monday 2/24/14 we should be trading post split with new ticker symbol. That is how I read this and if you see it any different please correct... TIA and best of luck$$$$$$ ST.


Based upon the 283,353,478 shares of Old Common Stock outstanding on the Record Date, the Reverse Split of one-one thirtieth would decrease the outstanding shares of Old Common Stock by approximately 96.7% or to 9,445,116 shares.
