According to Warren Buffett's methods, (YouTube interview)
"you take the market value and divide it by the outstanding shares". TTDZ O/S 1.74B and it will be reduced even more after the take over. Simple math and forward looking is all you need to make an investment. I do believe in green cures inc and I don't think this is over valued like the other MJ stocks with billions of outstanding shares.

Don't play with money you can't afford to loose. DD is very important when it comes to penny stocks, never invest based on someone else's opinion. Always do your own investigations
