I like how the story changes. Sort of any way the wind blows eh? Just busting your chops.

I wouldn't doubt you can find anything cheap on eBay - depends if you're talking about bids or buy it now items.

Then there is quality. I won't buy a cheaper ballast from eBay because I've already had experiences with cheap ballasts failing. Others may have to find that out and put their crop in jeopardy for it.

I'd use eBay for a lot of cheap items, but when quality of equipment is imperative, I wouldn't even consider eBay. For the Same reason I don't buy car parts, electronics or grow eqpt there.

My next foray will be multi spectrum combinations of led and HID lights. Guess where I won't be buying any kind of LED system? eBay.
