Rukeyser has the "TOP 3" TA people on tonight I hear. Supposedly 2 of 3 are bullish??? Probably all from different directions and using diff charts & data.. may just pop the tube on for 30 min to hear what they have to say,,,,,,,,,,,,
Now-- where did the rankings come from??? Could they be the committee of 3 that set the rankings??
