Rhodeyum ///From the 10K, I calculated that Ray Dunning earned approximately 140K for his sales services since his hiring. Now don't get me wrong, working for Steris and with extensive connections, he's well worth it. From a management point of view, I would think the capitalization rate for a salesman would be around 80% so I would expect a return on investment of at least $700K. JMHO
