Does this not make the May ruling a greater impact on the short term of PPS? Meaning if Latches is the only argument and Vringo wins than there will be $s had....? Immediately?
If so than PPS should be robust until the next Appeal process in September-October which deals with only future damages?

Okay legal minds tell me what I am missing?
