I think the conflict of interest is the business relationship that QTN and Planetout has. If you think that they were being negative because of a business deal with BRAVO you are out of your mind. QTN is all over their website. They most likely want to either buy QTN or want them to continue on. If anything, id say they held back a more negative article because of their partnership
