Here is how you know when they become TOXIC, the preferred shares were at 3Million,which is fine no increase of the A/S or O/S okay,problem they just increased the to 3Billion shares and and increased the preferred shares 10 Million anytime you do both of those at the same time its for Toxic use.Now it's great for the company cause its a blank check to grow the company 10 folds, but who pays the price shareholders do.
