Ok thnx for your interpretation Trenches...I'm 100% with you and what the CFO of this company has stated...dilution if/when it occurs will be done at higher prices and only if/when they really need it.

IPCI has already proven to be 1 of the most frugal bio-med co's out there when it comes to issuing shares...so with them transforming into profitability this Q I remain adamant that the last financing offering was simply put in place to give them options to consider on the rest of their drug pipeline moving forward ie: Whether or not they choose to sign more partnership/licensing deals or launch them in house!
