Excellent Real World post my SuperSquirrel. The allegations in the SA article are numerous but far from complete and not all BS -IMO. In any case, as mentioned by SS is that NNVC owns a 'right' only. Most knew that anyway. However, due to the convoluted Arrangement with the triple protected Control Freak Dr. Diwan, in essence owns -everything. We know THAT works for him. The funding machine is NNVC. What does NNVC actually own that you can put your hands on?
It's a pass-thru shell which pays, and has paid for partially Diwan's lab, Diwans salary, then his wife's as CFO, and Dr. S's.

Nobody cares about the details anymore. You can read them elsewhere. Everyone wants to know - what's the bottom line ?

NNVC is a Dead Man Walking. It's Finished !

The capper is that once the SEC is shown NNVC own pipeline chart from 2005 from irate stock holders, with a statement that 'after nine years they still haven't done ONE TOX test, although running through millions of dollars on 'expenses', the SEC will open an investigation- as that's what they do. Once that happens -
It's ALL OVER (but the crying for the bagholders).

There are investors that realize that, and THAT'S the reason there was no rebound today from the huge 24% drop, but a additional 10% today. That's ONE THIRD of the companies valuation. I can't see a sane person holding onto this sled over the weekend, as whatever may come out (outside of NNVC damage control pump), will probably not be good news for NNVC.

Time will tell how long they lasts. However the already FOUR law firms looking to get a group for a class-action will be disappointed when they do a asset search as NNVC has NOTHING BUT 9 years of PROMISES; IT'S JUST AROUND THE CORNER !
