Not really. Volume may a bit higher than normal, but it remains super low. Had the PR confirmed a share retirement rather then that they are actively seeking one, we would of seen a higher PPS since most of those that sold to the buyers, wouldn't of sold. The Market Makers have the luxury of seeing the Level 3's. Had those Level 3's shown that the MM's could only fill orders with a higher PPS, then they would of raised it.
