That is a BOT from ICE not us. That was awarded some time ago, maybe more than one year ago, but there were complaints and appeals so only now is it approved. A BOT means transfer to ICE at end of the term- transfer all towers etc. We do not like that option.

We are in Guanacaste and La Cruz. Each entity has its own law so there are variances in the awards. By entity I mean ICE has a law different than CNFL or others. I believe there are 6 laws governing power generation depending on what entity you are working with.
