Solid as in they have announced the sales of some of their units and have other projects in varying stages of development. They also have aggressive growth plans and if they complete any of the hotel projects mentioned in previous releases that is huge value. MSPC hasn't traded at .0002 (52 week low is .0004). Some one wanted to sell shares so they paid to have some IR done its that simple.
