Please temper expectations; I don't think we'll see any pop for 2-4 weeks. Ed is right, any settlement will have to be reviewed and approved by Judge, who is on vacation. Small % likelihood of settlement, therefore trial will start in 2 weeks and possibly run for 15 days. Lots of time left before PPS rises imo.
