HR, i see the AGM as real positive news. But am confused as to purpose. It appears that will be a proxy for shareholders to vote on something, but maybe I am reading that wrong. But I think there is a minimum timeframe that needs to be given for items to be voted on. Something like 30 or 60 days.

Obviously, that does not jive with release. Thoughts?
