yeah they are!

i was expecting an offtake agreement by the end of the quarter.. this is so much more. we were all expecting some equity financing. it wasn't hidden by management that a percentage of the financing would be equity.

this is the kind of equity stakeholder you want! not some crappy financial services company that would sell you out for a double or worse.. short the s. out of you if it meant a profit. we have a partner here that is going to do really well with us. no worries about debt financing now (not that i was worried).

we're in a great position here.. let the flippers flip.. i'm considering doubling down
