...the stock was dead and gone......2 dirty pennies or less p/s and almost no trading................and VOILA!........................

...bizarre STIPULATION ARRANGEMENT with the FDIC............numerous hold harmless clauses and a requirement that the AMBASE situation be entirely CLOSED - forevermore......

...just giving an example of what could happen................and the FDIC would get any and all UWB/UWBKQ recoveries - - believed to be around $125MM at this point.................................
