BCAP somebody that puts up a large block at the offer either is desperately trying to sell or is being a fake wall. I call the bluff since the ask is so large, and the bid being so close to the offer; if he wated to get rid of the shares so bad, he'd just sell for 0001 lower. CDEL IS BSer
