That 2k per nozzle is a complete guess. Plus, you shouldn't be looking at fuel nozzles only, SGLB IPQA technology isn't about fuel nozzles, but rather about any metal 3D printed piece. The LEAP engine will have many of its components 3D printed, not just the fuel nozzles.

A better way to estimate would be to take the figures of the last announcement for 2 orders of PrintRite systems. I think the estimate should be 500k per PrintRite system at least. Then I think we should also take into account maintenance, training of staff, etc. That's more money in SGLBs pocket.

And it's not just GE. It's Honeywell too, and anyone else who will be interested in gaining a competitive advantage in metal 3D printing.
