...very shrewd tacticians.......................................................one of our legal advisers opined that bringing the suit was the most foolish act every committed by the FDIC - - I agree - - but the FDIC is always three or four steps ahead in a "chess match"..................the timing and loans cited are so peculiar...............might just be an insurance grab...............that's M/O...................

...absolutely NO WAY would the FDIC ever risk a jury trial, imo......................the case is over and done..............other than the UWBKQ bankruptcy - - where are we on this one, btw...............???????????????................

...WE - WE believe that the entire situation is a long, long way from being CLOSED......................................4 pennies p/s or $1.80 p/s..........................share price is meaningless until the case is CLOSED, imo...................

...we didn't drop the APPEAL for $-0-...............at least I didn't.............................aimho..................
