Got blood test results yesterday..they took
three vials full the other day on checkup at Dr.

I weighed 169 fully clothed, with a blue jean jacket on.

(everybody needs
to do it every decade, whether you need it or not..LOL..)

well, it'a all good!..
sugar, thyroid, cholesterol, enzymes, whatever..

he said to keep it that way I should do:

some form of exercise, even just walking, for 30 minutes a day, 5X a week...

try to limit fats intake..to consider a low fat diet that I can live with..

and of course..cut waaaaaaaaay back on my smoking..and ultimately quit..he will give me some patches when I am
mentally 'ready' for the challenge.

Thank you Lord for my good health 'report card'.
