B8, and my point was PWC would see better $ for their block, even if a smaller piece of the pie, if EPGL moved to a respectable tier where the market reflects the value EPGL claims they have.
Anotherwords, stepping up tiers would lead to a higher market cap.
There's a very large gap between the current market cap and where EPGL believes they should be. Plenty of room for all to gain.
