WHY did Brabin agree to this deal? To SCREW shareholders. What did he get out of this? Allen is no better. If Allen has some integrity, he would have insisted in the R/M first, then R/S later. But no... R/S to shut out former TUCN holders for an eternity while playing a dirty little game of dilution.
