If Comcast buys TWC, then Charter is left out but this means, in this period of consolidation CVC as the 5th largest operater could become attractive as well. Charter could now go after CVC because they have a small and attractive Franchise in the lucrative NY City area.

Of course, a sale would depend on the Dolan Family and if the offer is right, why should they not sell.
