I personally think there is a lot more value here than many understand at this point, and as you said BECAUSE this would be a good/natural fit for ISRG, they are even more valuable to the rest of the field.

Executives own approx. 10% last I read, so when the bidding eventually begins, highest bidder will win. The more I think about it, that's potentially what Raymond James is and will be doing for the next 12 months.
