patent on OXY View device, when did they apply for the patent and how long does it take to get the yeah or neigh?
Interesting that Oxy View has a patent filing that we are waiting for, but, Oxy Alert has two patents.
What is wierd is Oxyview is to be released in March 2006, yet the (2)patented Oxy-Alert is due to be marketed in 1-2 months,
per FDA approval, I gather.
Wonder what pps will do on release of that FDA approval news, if it gets approved?
