Hanover was always the issue for me. It really depends on what your play is. If you are trying to accrue and hold it is still too early on this one. If you are flipping and hoping to get lucky with news then that seems safe enough.

Facts: TRTC is still in New Jersey which still hasn't legalized medical usage yet. TRTC still can't legally grow marijuana anywhere. TRTC is still bleeding financially and will have to continue to release shares. I don't think post bridge-gate there will be much movement in NJ towards legalization. And, there still are MANY OTC stocks that are basically exactly the same as TRTC, i.e. horticulture/small family growers that are considerably over looked because they haven't released a press release about marijuana.

I don't believe Fed. Legalization will happen soon enough to save TRTC but I have been wrong many times before. Just today there was an article about Obama and changing the federal status code for marijuana. But, it is still safer than the others in the sector. Would be much safer if Hanover was completely removed.

Send me the information on this and I will look into it. I hadn't heard Hanover was out of the picture... but I haven't been trading pot stocks lately.
