Not arguing with you, Janice. I'm just pointing out that according to this latest filing, which again, was Jan 13th, not today...so WHY it's become such a catalyst issue today to sell off is still lost on me...

"Under the Plan the Company is limited to issuing in any 12-month period an aggregate of number shares of Common Stock
