I looked over the filing. I guess that in filing Chp. 11, CERP has to divulge all creditors.I noticed The Whittymore is the plant for CERP, and two new ones that I did not know was the JMJ and the 7% convertible note. I wonder how much $ the last 2 is. The rest, I am sure will make up the bulk of the problem, and if that is the case, I agree that it is a ruse to get them to negotiate, and probably already finished coming to terms. All we need now is another PR to say as such so we can go on to the business of getting some good sleep and CERP making of what's good for this earth. Here's to mother earth.
