mkaiz...I hope this company gets sold before this court hearing is over, if Intellect doesn't get bought out before that then your investment here will have been completely destroyed imo. I believe this trial is just getting started and is at least a year and a half away from being settled. If Intellect is not sold before the verdict, then they will have had to massively dilute the stock to stay in business. As far as I know there isn't a milestone due to Intellect for completion of phase 1b trials for OX1, and you sure aren't going to see anything from Pfizer while this trial is going on. That leaves Intellects only source of income to be to dump shares into the market which would destroy every ones investment here, no matter what price you bought in at. The only way for anyone to recoup any losses here is for a complete sale of the company and for that sale to happen relatively soon (3 to 6 months). This is all in my opinion....025 to .05 is what I expect the price to be in a sale. GLTY
