Apparently, back in October 2013, STBV increased the A/S to 100 billion shares. Hasn't made a difference in trading in the last 4 months but apparently it's a big deal today because... well I'm not really sure why. They haven't been released into the float just like PHOT didn't collapse when they increased their A/S. Again, because it wasn't released into the floating shares.

Every company in OTC land that is being speculated on is going to dilute their shares into oblivion. 3 billion, 6 billion, 10 billion, 100 billion, it doesn't matter how "solid" you think a company here is, the bottom line is they are registered for the sole purpose of selling stock to shareholders and then using their share price to trade in for cash. If you haven't figured it out yet, just sell all of your MJ plays now and save yourself the disappointment.
