Bingo, the true answer. TDA can do or say whatever they want. They do not place DTC chills therefore there was never any DTC chill placed that the stock holders were ever made aware of.

If an official "DTC Chill" was placed by the The Depository Trust Company (DTC) on FPFI, FPFI never announced it and strangely no penny stock news source ever picked up on it and brought it forward either.

So the question remains,

When was the DTC chill placed?

If FPFI knows it was removed then they should know when it was placed if they open their mail.
