Whats going on here. Haven't paid any attention to this one in over a year.. Saw an alert today but the last time I remember the share structure being very large. Hard to imagine this going to pennies w/o significant transformational PR's or merger/acquisition news coupled to a massive sustainable daily volume move of 500m shares or larger...
