I seriously doubt it. As far as we know, partners are interested in EPGL products, not its shares. Besides, Hayes and PwC/AJW remain the majority shareholders.

I think the management considers that pps is undervalued and thinks it's in the best interest of all shareholders (majority and retail) to reduce the O/S.
