Called BIG APPLE this afternoon

this is what they told me:
1.questions: "Do you know when the next PR is due"

he said that right now they didn't know

What do i make of this?
That there might not be any PRs comming necessarily this week. We will probably only hear from them only when Frank announces the tender offer.

2. question: I hear Frank and his guys where down there visiting for two days, what were the meetings about?

He confimed that HISC management went there, but he could not disclose the nature of the meetings. I kept on asking though and he finally conceded that it might have been to possibly discuss future PRs.That sometimes Big Apple went to visit them and that sometimes HISC went there. this time he did admit it was surprising to see all management.

3. Do you have any further information on the acquisition?

he said frank moody had not disclosed anything yet, but by the language he used it could very well be that we are going to be acquired, so a merger might be unlikely. He mentioned that shareholders will be getting in a few weeks a tender offer.

This kind of made think, about the PPS. if we are being acquired the buyer would probably want to buy cheap, so we can expect in my opinion our wallets to continue to bleed. How far down is it going to go?? Well i think we could hit 0.01 in my opinion.

At this point i am staying in. I'm very long here, but i think the new company will surely make me money.
