Well Pres I can tell you this:

STKO did not ever report a DTC chill.

The DTC no longer provides a public list of their notices.

I checked every month through 2013 while the DTC did provide a public list of notices and neither STKO not FPFI were on it.

What's that smell ??? Is FPFI getting into sea food ?

Something stinks here.
