I said the same thing a couple weeks ago on the FITX board and damn near got run out of iHub...

That's what it has looked like all along to me...

When Chaaban said he got an e-mail from Health Canada begging him to speed up his operation I pretty much threw my arms up at the whole thing...

He said some other stupid stuff too, like admitting that his family are the majority holders of the common...

I still think those preferred shares that disappeared from the A/S in the Nevada registry are mostly in the wind by now...
