Jalapenos Mexican Restaurant - proceeds from sale - 0$

Since you seem to know so much about this company, can you tell me more about this bizarre acquisition of a mexican restaurant?

And according to their PR they expected significant revenue from this restaurant but their last filing stated nothing about this restaurant at all. Very strange. All I saw was "proceeds from sale of restaurant - 0$"
