This is the shadiest stock i ever came across. As I recorded and others last night, there hasnt even been 2.5 billion shares traded in the last 5 years here that we can see on the 5 year chart....so how is the float 4.5 BILLION? Especially when their last Q and reported SS, Sep 30 th , 2013 claimed OS was only 207 million.

Stocks and CEO's like this are the worst thing about the penny market. They perpetuate the facts and at times the myth that penny stocks and this market are scams. A 100 BILLION AS and this huge SS is pathetic.

I lost twenty thousand today. Its the risk I took. Will be a big write down for taxes.


I am not going to say lesson learned though, as this insane increase happened 'overnight' and that is just chance, luck of draw, that i invested in such a scam company like any of us who did unbeknownst to us.....as far as we knew according to the last Q filed, the AS was 1 billion and OS 207 million....with dilution since then I thought probably 500 to 800 mil OS: not 100 lol billion AS.

SO: unless all this is misinformation wrapped in a penny enigma of Blah and everything is cleared up.....: this will go down as the #1 hoodwink and bamboozle from a penny stock that I ever financially suffered.


.....glad though i dont put my True Hope in men and greed lol...THAT cannot be touched by any scammy penny stock CEO...thank God. wooooooooooo!
