Wow some people doing lots of DD in here about ewsi.....hey everyone do your DD and make up your own mind. Is this the 2nd biggest scam in history behind Enron or a great investment opportunity? 8k do not have be released on exact dates....check out any contracts or 8ks on the sec. Lots of lawyers and accountants have to take care of a lot of situations before being submitted to the sec. If you do your research on tnke and realize what they do....this isn't hard to figure out.
